Liza Glenn


Liza was born in the North of Scotland and studied art and design at Edinburgh College of Art before coming to London to work in a Design Studio. In 1979 she graduated (BSc(hons)psychology) from London University and also completed the Qualifying Course at the Institute of Group Analysis. Since then, Liza has, conducted groups in various settings, becomming a training group analyst in 1991.

Liza is particularly interested in working with couples, either alone or with a co-therapist.

She began training in 1972 with the then Marriage Guidance Council, and has continued to study the dynamics of relationships ever since.

During the 1980s Liza trained with the Society of Analytical Psychology, where she is an Associate Member. She works privately as a Jungian analyst, and for the NHS as a counsellor in General Practice.

She is particularly interested in relationship and family issues, and work related stress, and prepared to work flexibly, with either 'brief' or long-term analytic models.
